WHERE WE SHIP
We ship anywhere in the United States and most International countries. Orders ship from our Florida warehouse.
We offer UPS Standard Ground shipping for all domestic purchases. Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Please allow 2 business days to process your order.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
We offer DHL Express International shipping. Orders typically arrive within: Europe and Canada: 4 - 8 business days. Rest of World: 8 - 14 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that all customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. Shipping costs are non refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.
If a package is returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay duties, the customer is responsible for the duty fees of import back into the US. We will refund you for your order minus the duty fees.
Please ensure your address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.
CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER
If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org before 2 pm EST on the date on which the order was placed. Kindly note, once you receive your final email confirmation with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order.
What if my products are damaged upon arrival?
We are so sorry about this!
If the contents of your package were damaged during transit, we will work with you to address this issue with the shipping carrier and repair or replace your items if possible. Please contact us right away at email@example.com. We must be notified of any damages upon delivery within 5 calendar days of your order being delivered.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or unretrievable from your designated shipping address once delivered. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing in transit, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that you will also need to file a claim with the shipping provider as the recipient.
Promotional discount codes, such as our 'Welcome' code, may not be used on discounted or sale items. Additionally, promotional discount codes may not be combined and are subject to specific terms. For more information, please contact email@example.com. All discount codes are at the discretion of Ilaya.
We accept returns on full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused within 21 days of purchase. Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within the given timeframe. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Once we receive your return it can take up to 10 days to process your return. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging to be accepted, otherwise, we will return it to the sender.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We package all our shipments with care and ask our customers to do the same when they need to return goods. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending returns. If there is a mistake on the part of Ilaya, the customer will be happily reimbursed.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Domestic return labels are $10 and will be deducted from your return once processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Would like to exchange an item?... No Problem!
We want you to love your purchase! Currently, we offer exchanges via a return of your original order and store credit to place a new order for the exchange item of your choice. As with Returns, please ship your exchange back in the original packaging so there is no damage to the merchandise in transit back to Ilaya.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be new, unworn, in its original condition and original packaging, and purchased in the last 21 days.
Returns must be postmarked within the 21 days authorize return window to be accepted.
