SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer Standard Ground shipping within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items marked "PRE-ORDER" are made to order and require additional production time before shipping — typically 4–5 weeks. The shipping timeframes listed above (Domestic and International) begin once your pre-order item has shipped, not from the date the order was placed. We will notify you by email once your pre-order ships, along with tracking information.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship your full order together once all items are ready, unless you request otherwise by emailing sales@ilayashop.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to Canada, Europe, the UK, and most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs agency, are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility to pay. ILAYA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Some remote or restricted destinations may not be eligible for shipping. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill an order to your location.

ORDER DAMAGED
What if my products are damaged upon arrival?
We are so sorry about this! If the contents of your package were damaged during transit, we will work with you to address this issue with the shipping carrier and repair or replace your items if possible. Please contact us right away at sales@ilayashop.com. We must be notified of any damages within 5 calendar days of your order being delivered.

MISSING ORDER
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or unretrievable from your designated shipping address once delivered. We strongly encourage selecting a secure shipping location. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at sales@ilayashop.com as soon as possible — we can amend the address as long as the package has not yet left our facility, but we are unable to reroute a package once shipped.

If your package goes missing in transit, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. You will also need to file a claim with the shipping provider as the recipient. For international orders, claims processes may vary by carrier and destination country, and resolution timelines may be longer than domestic claims.


RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on full-priced products in their original condition — unworn, unused, and as received — within 30 days of purchase. Returns meeting these conditions are eligible for store credit only; cash refunds are not offered. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

All shipments are carefully packaged, and we ask that customers do the same when returning an item. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging to be accepted; items returned without original packaging will be sent back to the sender.

We are not liable for loss or damage of returned goods in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

DOMESTIC RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For convenience, we provide a domestic return label; a flat $10 label fee will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed. If an error was made on our part, we will gladly cover the cost of return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping using a trackable method. We are not responsible for international returns lost in transit. Customs duties or fees on returned packages are non-refundable.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To begin a return, please email us at sales@ilayashop.com with your order confirmation. Once approved, you will receive return instructions (and a prepaid label, if applicable) via email.

Welcome to ILAYA. By accessing or using ilayashop.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER
If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify sales@ilayashop.com before 2 PM EST on the date the order was placed. Once you receive your final email confirmation with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order.

DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional discount codes, such as our "Welcome" code, may not be used on discounted or sale items. Promotional codes may not be combined with other offers and are subject to specific terms. For more information, please contact sales@ilayashop.com. All discount codes are issued at the discretion of ILAYA and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Because jewelry pieces may be handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, or stone placement may occur between the product photos and the item received. These variations are not considered defects.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including but not limited to photographs, product descriptions, logos, and designs — is the property of ILAYA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ILAYA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ILAYA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
